Chargebacks & disputes. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can help. Unresolved disputes or abusive chargebacks may result in loss of access to the Service.

All Content and the Service design, branding, and software are owned by Roundgate or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Content for your personal, non-commercial learning use.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount permitted by law if lower).
